Establishment of Bastion Cafe

Along side the Alamgiri Gate there are multiple other gates and bastions along the Fort’s border wall. The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) has conserved one of those many bastions, situated near the Postern Gate of Lahore Fort, and after restoration, it has been designated as the Cafeteria Terrace or an Open Air Cafe where the restaurant services are provided on the basis of prior appointment . The aim is to enhance the dining and recreational facilities along with the promotion of tangible cultural heritage and to further enrich the tourist’s captivating experience.
